SHIPPING
We ship Stock orders within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt.
Custom Orders within 2 weeks
Expedited UPS 1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day. Orders received no later than 2:00 pm PST – to be shipped same day.
Expedited orders received after 2:00 pm PST will be ship the next business day. Please note, expedited orders received after 2:00 pm on Friday will be ship the following Monday.
Please note that Shipping may take longer during the holiday periods.
WARRANTY
Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Their all quality tested upon shipment.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to refund or exchange any purchases for an equally priced item, provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, within 15 working days from receipt.
- We will exchange only if the item sizing or color is wrong.
- We will exchange or refund only unused item, with the tags still attached in the original packaging (we do not accept damage items)
- Must be sent postage paid with a copy of your invoice and must state the reason why for returning, otherwise it may not be accepted.
ALL SALE ITEMS OR SPECIALS ARE FINAL SALE.

Any refunds will be using the same method for the initial transaction. Please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay the original order.
Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working business days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
